Anda Ghotala
Its my first post today i will show you how to make Anda Gotala.Anda gholata is most delicious and easy recipe made from fresh eggs and lovely vegetables. It is the most versatile dish you can have it in breakfast, lunch or even dinner.Its Quick, nutritious and healthy recipe. Serve it with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
Egg 6
Cooking Oil 5
tbsp
Onion 1
medium
Tommato 7-8
Redchili powder 1
tbsp
Garlic crove 2-3
Coriander powder ½
tbsp
Turmeric powder ½
tbsp
Salt as
per taste
Method
Step 1:
Finely slices garlic,tomatoes and onion
Step2:
Heat cookin oil in a wok or frying pan on medium heat for 2
to 3 minutes
And fry onion until soft
Step 3:
Add garlic and fry for one minute then add tomatoes.
Add salt,red chili,corriander and turmeric powder,mix well.
Step 4:
Cover and cook until tomatoes well.
Step 5:
Add egss and stir for 2 to 3 minutes to cook eggs
completely.
And now anda gotala ready for eating.Eat wit parathas at
morning.
